My searches didn't return anything, but I only did a rural zip. All input is appreciated.
Not too many properties so far. I made a state-wide search for Massachusetts with no other conditions, found 24 properties on Fanny Mae (ranging from $319,900 to $54,900) and 7 on Freddy Mac (ranging from $386,295 to $54,900). Nothing looked attractive to me, the majority are in undesirable areas / distressed towns like Springfield. Patience, patience...
